Seating Chart Builder

Drag guests onto round or rectangular tables; get automatic warnings when conflicting guests share a table, then export a printable PDF for your venue.

Add People & Tables

Conflicts (exes, feuding relatives)

Mark pairs who should not share a table; the builder highlights any table where both appear.

Floor Plan

Unseated 0

Add a table above to start seating guests.

How it works

  1. Add your guests with a group tag (family side, friends, work) so you can seat them together.
  2. Add tables, choosing round or rectangular and the number of seats each holds.
  3. Flag conflicts — mark pairs such as exes or feuding relatives who should never share a table.
  4. Drag guests from the "Unseated" pool onto a table; drag between tables to rearrange. On touch devices, tap a guest then tap a table.
  5. Watch for warnings — a table turns red when it holds a conflicting pair or is over capacity, and a banner lists every problem.
  6. Export a printable PDF — the print view strips the controls and lays out just the tables and guests for your caterer or venue.

Everything runs in your browser; your guest list never leaves your device and is saved locally so you can pick up where you left off.
